IF you go shopping to Grays Market this Saturday expect to see an unusual sight – the Market Chapel.
This will follow the Good Friday United Service at Thurrock Christian Fellowship at 10.30am the previous day.
The Market Chapel is a stall put together by the Grays Town Churches, working in unison to spread the good news of the Easter Story.
Members of the churches in and around the Grays town area will be giving away free goody bags full of Easter gifts and information.
The Market Chapel will be open from the same time all the other stalls open, at 8am, and close at 5pm.
This is immediately followed by an all-age event called “Fuel – A Burning Passion” at Grays Parish Church FROM 5 – 7pm.
On Easter Sunday morning there is an inter-church Sunrise Service at Grays Beach beginning 6am.
